Welcome to Mystic Medicine. By accessing or participating in any of our offerings — including but not limited to Embodied Mystics Membership, Movement Medicine Workshops, Movement Medicine Teacher Training, 1:1 Intuitive Sessions, Mentorship, The Mystical Arts, Embrace Your Body, and Fountain of Youth — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or programs.

1. Responsibility & Sovereignty

By participating in Mystic Medicine offerings, you acknowledge that you are a sovereign being, fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and results in life.
Mystic Medicine, its founder Kat Beck, and any team members are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your participation.

2. Scope of Work & Disclaimer

All sessions, classes, workshops, mentorships, and trainings are for educational, experiential, and personal growth purposes only.
Mystic Medicine does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared should be taken as such.
Energy work, somatic practices, embodiment teachings, and intuitive guidance are complementary approaches and not a replacement for professional healthcare or therapy.
Always consult with a licensed professional regarding medical, psychological, or financial matters.

3. Results & Testimonials

Every body and soul is unique. While growth and transformation are possible, no specific results are guaranteed.
Any testimonials or success stories shared are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.

4. Payments, Refunds & Access

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for memberships, workshops, trainings, mentorships, or sessions.
Payment plans must be completed in full regardless of whether you finish the program.
Access to digital materials, memberships, or trainings is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, or resold.
Non-payment or violation of these terms may result in removal from programs without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, practices, teachings, and materials shared through Mystic Medicine — including recordings, manuals, written content, videos, and original practices — are the intellectual property of Kat Beck and Mystic Medicine.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, shared, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Community Conduct

Mystic Medicine programs and spaces are intended as safe and respectful environments.
Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from programs, groups, or communities without refund.
Participants are expected to honor confidentiality, respect boundaries, and uphold the integrity of the space.

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own well-being during and after sessions, classes, and programs.
Some practices may involve movement, breathwork, emotional release, or somatic exploration. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
Mystic Medicine is not liable for injury, loss, or damages that may occur from participation.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Mystic Medicine collects limited personal information (such as name, email, and purchase details) to provide services.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for service providers (such as payment processors).
Group programs are confidential spaces; however, Mystic Medicine cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality outside of sessions.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Mystic Medicine may occasionally share affiliate links to products or services. If you purchase through these links, Mystic Medicine may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of South Carolina courts.

11. Amendments

Mystic Medicine reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Mystic Medicine offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
