You'll begin the session laying down either in a comfy spot at home for virtual sessions or in my healing space in Greenville, SC.

 

I connect with your higher self (the holy spirit) in the quantum field to receive the healing information you need at that time. I work with lightcodes, directly from the divine, to infuse you with healing frequencies. 

 

I'll guide you through a combo of breath-work, sound therapy, crystal healing, somatic experiencing, past life regression, untethering, inner child healing or ancestral healing.

I intuitively read your energy patterns, chakras, core wounds or past lives. We will chat about what information came through the last half of the session. You can ask any questions that come up for clarity.
